Prudential Center has a security policy to help keep events safe and lines moving fast when you enter for a show or game. Bags up to about 12″ x 14″ are allowed inside, but backpacks and larger bags aren’t permitted unless they’re for medical or childcare needs — and those are screened before getting in.
