432 Park Avenue is one of the most famous luxury residential skyscrapers in New York City. The building stands on Billionaires’ Row in Midtown Manhattan near Central Park. It became famous because of its extremely tall and skinny design that completely changed the city skyline. The tower rises about 1,396 feet high and was once the tallest residential building in the Western Hemisphere. Architect Rafael Viñoly designed the building with large square windows and a minimalist white concrete exterior. Many celebrities, billionaires, and international buyers purchased apartments there after it opened in 2015. The skyscraper is also widely discussed online because of reports about maintenance problems and lawsuits from residents.
