432 Park Avenue is one of the tallest buildings in New York City and one of the tallest residential towers in the world. The skyscraper stands around 1,396 feet tall and has ninety-six floors above ground. Its slim “pencil tower” design makes it look even taller when viewed from the street. The building is taller than the Empire State Building’s roof height but shorter than One World Trade Center’s total height. Many people recognize the tower immediately because of its perfectly square shape and evenly spaced windows. The structure became one of the symbols of Billionaires’ Row alongside several other luxury supertall towers near Central Park. Tourists and architecture fans often photograph it because it stands out dramatically against the Manhattan skyline.
