Salesforce Tower stands about 1,070 feet tall and has sixty-one floors above ground. It officially became the tallest building in San Francisco after surpassing the Transamerica Pyramid. The tower is also one of the tallest buildings west of the Mississippi River. Many visitors notice how much it dominates the skyline from different parts of the Bay Area. The building’s rounded shape and reflective glass make it stand out during both daytime and nighttime. Some people online debate whether it or LA’s Wilshire Grand should count as the tallest tower on the West Coast because of spire measurements. Either way, Salesforce Tower remains one of the tallest and most famous skyscrapers in California.
