Summer (May to September) is high season and easiest for hiking, festivals, and beach time on the Baltic coast. Spring and early fall are quieter and still pretty nice weather-wise—great for those mellow, off-peak vibes. Winter gets cold, but it’s magical if you’re into snow-covered streets or cozying up in winter cafés. If you're cruising on a road trip through the forests or checking out castles, spring to fall gives you the best balance of good weather and manageable crowds. Just pack layers—Lithuania likes to surprise you with sudden shifts.
