Totally — it’s in Jackson Park (near Hayes & Richards Drives) and is publicly accessible, so it’s an easy add to a park walk or history tour. Check out the globe and the eagle motif, the staff with inscriptions, and the detailed base — those are the symbolic bits French and his team included to tell a civic story. The statue’s gilding and granite base are worth a close look, and the spot gives you a sense of where the Court of Honor used to be. If you like photos, early morning or late afternoon light makes the gilt catch nicely. And don’t forget to wander the nearby parkland — the fair left a lot of legacy in the layout and landscaping.
