Is the huge statue in the middle of Trevi Fountain really Neptune?

That's a super common assumption, but nope! The central figure is actually Oceanus, the Titan god of all water. You can tell because he's surrounded by sea horses and other mythical sea creatures, not just the usual dolphin-and-trident combo you'd expect from Neptune.
