February 12, 2026 (Day 6 of the Milano Cortina Winter Olympics) features a busy schedule with nine gold medal events across different winter sports, making it one of the more packed days of competition. Women’s Super-G alpine skiing crowns a champion as athletes race down the high-speed course for Olympic medals in Cortina d’Ampezzo.

In cross-country skiing at Val di Fiemme, the women’s 10 km freestyle interval start final awards another medal as skiers compete solo against the clock over challenging terrain.

Freestyle skiing moguls also delivers medals with the men’s moguls final following qualifying rounds in the morning in Livigno’s Snow Park.

At the short-track speed skating oval in Milan, fans get double action as the women’s 500 m and men’s 1000 m quarter-finals, semi-finals, and finals take place, ensuring fast, head-to-head racing.

Men’s snowboard cross reaches its finals in Livigno, where riders navigate bumps and jumps head-to-head for Olympic medals, while the women’s snowboard halfpipe final showcases aerial tricks later in the evening.

In sliding sports, the luge team relay awards medals as mixed teams combine times from singles and doubles runs on the Cortina track.

Men’s skeleton heats (first and second runs) also take place this day at the Cortina sliding centre, with athletes reaching top speeds head-first down the ice.

Curling continues with women’s and men’s round-robin sessions, while men’s ice hockey preliminary round games keep group stage action busy with multiple matches.
