Phil’s Burrow sits right in downtown Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania at the Punxsutawney Memorial Library, near Barclay Square. The address you can use if you’re driving or using GPS is 300 E Mahoning St, Punxsutawney, PA 15767. It’s easy to walk to from most of the town’s shops and attractions, since Punxsutawney is pretty small. If you’re exploring Punxsutawney for the day, the burrow is an obvious stop on your list with other groundhog statues and spots nearby. There’s no dedicated parking lot just for the burrow, but street parking and public lots are close by. The location is open to the public anytime you’re in town, so you can visit before or after grabbing lunch or walking around. Many people bundle a visit to the burrow with a trip to Gobbler’s Knob for Groundhog Day if you’re there in winter.
