Who works at the Pentagon?

The Pentagon is home to approximately 23,000 military and civilian employees. This includes personnel from the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, and other defense agencies. High-ranking military officers and civilian leaders, including the Secretary of Defense, have offices in the building. Staff work in administration, planning, intelligence, logistics, and operational roles. The Pentagon operates as a complex hub of national defense coordination and administration.
