Late spring (May–June) and early fall (September–October) are the sweet spots—warm weather, fewer crowds, and great prices. Summer is beach heaven on the Albanian Riviera, but it gets hot and busier (and rooms book up fast). Winter is mild on the coast and cold in the mountains, which is perfect if you’re chasing snow vibes. If you’re into hiking in the Albanian Alps, aim for late June through September for the safest trails. Shoulder seasons also make road trips and city breaks way more chill. Pack layers—coast and mountains can feel like two different countries in one day.
